Approximately 60 servings per bag. 1 teaspoon per 8 ounces water.

Directions:

Boil water. Place 1-3 teaspoons of herbs into a tea strainer. Pour water over herbs and allow to steep for 5-15 minutes. Sweeten as preferred.
