1. Shipping Locations

All products sold by Tree of Life Grocers are shipped from within the United States.

At this time, we primarily ship to addresses located within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, additional customs and import policies may apply.


2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully completed.

Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Tree of Life Grocers reserves the right to extend processing times during periods of high order volume, holidays, or unforeseen operational disruptions.


3. Shipping Transit Time

Standard shipping delivery times typically range from 1–21 business days, depending on the shipping destination, carrier routing, and product availability.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Carrier delays
• Weather conditions
• High shipping volume
• Customs inspections (if applicable)
• Natural disasters or other unforeseen disruptions

Tree of Life Grocers cannot guarantee delivery dates once a shipment has been transferred to the shipping carrier.


4. Shipping Carriers

Tree of Life Grocers partners with reputable carriers such as:

The shipping carrier used for your order may depend on the product type, package size, and delivery destination.

Carrier selection is determined at the time of fulfillment.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the shipment has been processed by the carrier.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Tree of Life Grocers is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address is provided and the shipment has already been dispatched, Tree of Life Grocers cannot guarantee interception or rerouting of the package.


8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears to be lost in transit or significantly delayed, please contact us so we can assist in investigating the shipment with the carrier.

9. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may limit our ability to investigate the issue with the carrier.


10. Shipping Protection & Delivery Responsibility

Tree of Life Grocers offers optional Shipping Protection during checkout to protect customers against loss, theft, or damage during transit.

Customers who decline Shipping Protection acknowledge that:

• Tree of Life Grocers is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier
• Claims related to lost or damaged packages may need to be filed directly with the carrier

Shipping Protection may provide coverage for:

• Lost packages
• Damaged shipments
• Delivery issues confirmed by the carrier

Customers are strongly encouraged to purchase Shipping Protection during checkout.

Once a shipment has been transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to the customer. Tree of Life Grocers is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage that occurs after the carrier has taken possession of the shipment.


11. Carrier Delivery Confirmation

Once a shipment has been marked delivered by the shipping carrier, Tree of Life Grocers considers the order successfully delivered.

If a customer believes a delivered package has been stolen or misplaced, the customer should:

• Check the surrounding delivery area
• Contact the shipping carrier
• File a carrier investigation where applicable

Tree of Life Grocers cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.


12. Supplier Liability & Product Sourcing

Tree of Life Grocers sources certain products from third-party manufacturers, wholesalers, and suppliers. These suppliers are responsible for the manufacturing, formulation, labeling, and regulatory compliance of the products they produce.

Tree of Life Grocers does not manufacture the majority of products offered on this website and therefore cannot guarantee the actions or omissions of third-party suppliers.

By purchasing from our store, customers acknowledge that:
