Short Rib Ravioli (1 Box) – It takes a host of ingredients to make our famous Short Rib Ravioli. The dough includes local farm fresh eggs, organic unbleached semolina flour imported from Italy. And for the filling we use, fresh ricotta & parmigiana Reggiano.
Roasted Corn Ravioli (1 Box) – The dough includes local farm fresh eggs, organic unbleached semolina flour imported from Italy. Filled with hand shucked Jersey corn, folded in with a touch of fresh ricotta and Parmigiano Reggiano.
