Cooking Instructions

1. Rinse bones if desired.
2. Place bones into a large stockpot or slow cooker.
3. Cover with filtered water.
4. Add onions, carrots, celery, garlic, herbs, peppercorns, and a splash of apple cider vinegar if desired.
5. Simmer:
    Stock: 4–6 hours
    Bone Broth: 12–24 hours
6. Strain, cool, and refrigerate or freeze for later use.

Storage

Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw safely in the refrigerator before cooking if preferred. Once thawed, do not refreeze unless cooked.
