Approximately 60 servings per 100 g bag, 24 servings per 40 g bag.

1 teaspoon per 8 ounces water.

Directions for Concentrate: 2 t. per 8 oz. of water. Ex: ¼ c. herbs to 6 c. water. Cover and bring to a boil. Let simmer for 20-40 minutes. Keep spices in concentrate, strain when preparing.

For Your Cup of Chai:  use a 1:1 ratio of concentrate to milk of choice. Warm, avoid boiling. Sweeten as preferred.
