Pepper Sauce Mix - Ofada Stew (Spicy)

Enjoy Albasa’s deliciously hot pepper sauce traditionally as a dip for roasted yam and plantain, or spice up your meat, fish, and sides. 

Ingredients (2.39oz)

1 package Albasa Pepper Sauce Mix
¾ cup water
½ -1 cup palm oil

Instruction

1. Add pepper sauce mix and water to a small saucepan 
2. Simmer for about 12 minutes until the sauce is very thick. Stirring occasionally
3. Remove from heat and stir in oil.

2. Simmer for about 25 minutes until the sauce is very thick. Stirring occasionally
3. Remove from heat and stir in oil.
