Aleppo soap is one of the oldest soap formulas still in use. The traditional version is built on olive oil and laurel berry oil - a base that's been used for centuries because it works. Our version follows that tradition closely, with Atlantic sea water as the liquid base, kaolin clay for smoothness, and tussah silk for slip.

It's scented with natural saffron and oud - warm, earthy, slightly resinous. Not sweet. Not floral.
